Tēnā koutou katoa, nau mai, haere mai.
We are a dedicated team of Resource Teachers: Learning & Behaviour (RTLBs), supporting 69 schools across Auckland’s North Shore. Our mission is to work in partnership with schools, identifying areas where support is needed and implementing effective strategies to enhance student outcomes.
RTLB are funded to collaborate with teachers and schools to enhance the engagement and achievement of students in Years 1-10 who face learning and/or behaviour challenges. We offer a range of flexible, tailored supports that can benefit individual students (ākonga), groups of students, teachers (kaiako), entire classes, or even the whole school. Our approach involves exploring systems and practices at all levels to enhance inclusive and supportive learning environments.
